What materials are TubTreasures bath mats made of?

Our bath mats are made from 100% premium diatomaceous earth. This is a natural, fast-drying material known for its superior water absorbency and durability. We also use a rubber underlay as anti-slip mat

Each mat features a rubber anti-slip underlay. We run internal and third-party slip tests to ensure the mat stays secure on most bathroom floors.

While our packaging currently carries no formal sustainability claims, we source high-quality materials with long product lifespans and plan to obtain sustainability certifications in the future. However, obtaining these certifications can be a lenghty and costly process.

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my TubTreasures bath mat?

Simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth or rinse the mat with water and let it dry in the sun. For deeper cleaning, lightly sand with the included sandpaper to refresh the absorbent surface.

Using the included sandpaper may scratch and damage the paint. This does not affect the mat’s water absorption.

The diatomaceous earth composition allows the mat to dry within seconds, keeping your bathroom floor clean and hygienic. This drying time can vary in different circumstances.

Yes, but performance may vary on certain smooth or uneven surfaces. 

While our bath mats feature an anti-slip design and undergo third-party slip testing, no mat can completely eliminate the risk of slipping or falling. We strongly recommend testing the mat’s grip on your bathroom floor before regular use, especially for older users, kids or individuals with reduced mobility.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Returns and refunds are handled through Amazon’s system according to their return policies.

In addition, our products are protected by the consumer rights that apply in your country or region. For example, purchases in Australia are covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides remedies if a product has a major fault or does not meet acceptable quality standards. As an extra, TubTreasures also offers a voluntary 12-month Care Promise for eligible manufacturing defects under normal household use. Shipping & Delivery

Where can I purchase TubTreasures bath mats?

Our products are currently only available on Amazon in Australia and the United States. Click here to go directly to our listing. In the future, we plan to offer the bath mat in more regions through both Amazon and our own website. We’ll let you know if there are any developments.

Each mat is shipped in a custom-fit box designed to protect the product during international transport and comply with Amazon’s packaging requirements. The mat is currently still wrapped in a protective plastic layer to ensure it survives transport. Our bath mats are fragile, which is why this plastic is unfortunately necessary. In the future, we want to explore alternative packaging and materials to reduce our impact on the environment.

Delivery times depend on Amazon’s fulfilment network in your region. Most customers receive their orders within a few business days. However, this can take more time in some circumstances.
