TubTreasures Care Promise
At TubTreasures, we design our products with durability, quality, and long-term use in mind. We understand that purchasing a premium product is an investment, which is why we want to offer additional peace of mind beyond the protections already provided under applicable consumer laws.
In addition to any statutory consumer rights that apply in your country, TubTreasures offers a voluntary 2-year Care Promise from the date of delivery. If your bath mat develops a verified manufacturing defect or experiences unusual deterioration during normal household use within this period, we will work with you to make things right.
Depending on the circumstances and subject to review, TubTreasures may, at its sole discretion:
• offer replacement accessories or components where appropriate;
• offer a partial or full refund;
• provide a replacement product of the same or comparable model.
Our goal is always to find a fair, practical, and customer-focused solution without any hassle. The TubTreasures Care Promise applies only to defects that arise under normal household use and does not apply to:
• normal wear and tear, cosmetic ageing, colour changes, or surface changes that occur over time;
• natural variations in appearance or material characteristics;
• accidental damage;
• misuse, neglect, abuse, or use outside intended conditions;
• damage caused by impact, dropping, improper storage, excessive force, incorrect cleaning methods, or failure to follow the care instructions;
• damage resulting from environmental conditions outside normal household use;
• modifications, alterations, repairs, or treatment performed by third parties;
• commercial, rental, hospitality, industrial, or other non-residential use.
This Care Promise is voluntary and is provided in addition to, and not instead of, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Local Warranty
For customers located in Australia, products may also be protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including guarantees relating to acceptable quality and remedies for major failures.
For customers located in the European Union, consumer rights may include legal guarantees and other protections under applicable national laws implementing EU consumer protection requirements.
For customers located in the United Kingdom, statutory rights under applicable UK consumer legislation continue to apply.
For customers located in Canada, provincial and territorial consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.
For customers located in the United States, rights and remedies may vary by state and applicable consumer laws. Find more information here.
For customers located in other countries or regions, local consumer protection laws and statutory rights may apply and are not affected by this Care Promise. Nothing in this Care Promise limits, excludes, or replaces any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
How to Submit a Care Promise Request
We aim to keep the process simple, fair, and hassle-free. If you believe your TubTreasures product may be covered under our Care Promise, please contact us at support@tubtreasures.co and include the information below so we can review your request as quickly as possible. To help us assess the issue, please include:
• your full name;
• your order number or proof of purchase;
• the date of purchase (if available);
• the country where the order was placed;
• a short description of the issue and when it started;
• clear photographs of the product and the affected area;
• video footage where relevant (for example, for performance-related concerns).
After receiving your request, TubTreasures will review the information provided and may ask for additional details where necessary. Please do not dispose of the product until your request has been reviewed, as additional photographs or information may occasionally be required. We aim to respond to Care Promise requests within 2–5 business days, although response times may vary during busy periods.
If your order was placed through Amazon, you may also contact Amazon Support directly or submit a request through Amazon where available. Any rights available through Amazon’s policies remain separate from this Care Promise.
This process does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
